How to Buy

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Choose Your Car
  • Browse the vehicle inventory by make, model, year, price, etc.

  • Use filters to narrow down to the cars you’re interested in.

  • View full details for any vehicle (photos, specs, mileage, VIN, etc.).

Tips

  • Make sure you check condition, mileage and engine data before enquiring.

2. Place Your Order

A. Instant Order — “Buy Now”

  • Click Buy Now on the vehicle page to instantly reserve the car.

  • You’ll be given an invoice for payment.

  • Best if you’re certain about the car and want it reserved immediately.

This method reserves your car quickly and holds it for you.

B. Request a Price Quote / Make Inquiry

    • If you’re unsure about pricing or need clarification, use the Get a Price Quote option.

    • A quote will be emailed to you — you can reply to confirm if you want to proceed.

    • After confirmation, your order is placed and an invoice (Proforma Invoice) is issued.

3. Make Payment

Accepted methods

  • Bank Transfer (T/T) — most common for car purchases.

  • Online card / PayPal — available in some regions.

  • Some local offices accept payment directly in cash or bank deposit (check if available in your country).

After payment

    • Upload proof of payment to your account dashboard (or send it by email if specified).

4. Shipment & Tracking

What happens next

  • Once payment is confirmed, shipping arrangements are made.

  • You will receive shipping details including expected vessel departure and arrival dates.

Tracking

    • Many exporters provide a tracking system so you can monitor your vehicle’s journey.

5. Delivery & Import Clearance

Delivery

  • Your vehicle will arrive at the agreed destination port.

Import process

  • You are responsible for customs clearance at your import port.

  • Most buyers use a clearing agent to handle customs paperwork and taxes.

City delivery (optional)

    • Some services offer delivery from port to your location (door-to-door) for an extra cost

6. Local Support & Contact

It’s helpful to include region-specific info on your site, such as:

✅ Offices or agents in Uganda (or target countries)
✅ Local transport/clearing agents
✅ Contact email and WhatsApp support
✅ Opening hours and office addresses

Ask Questions

    • Enquire about vehicle condition, past ownership, and shipping timeline.
